Every so often I get lost watching videos on YouTube. Yesterday was no exception…while watching some music videos I stumbled upon a young singer/guitar player who blew me away. He’s got a great voice and an ability to play versions of cover tunes that are better than the originals (see his YouTube page). The bio on his website says he’s 24 years old and this video is one of his original tunes. Honestly, I don’t know what he does for a living, but I hope he’s making music and that we’ll hear more from him soon…
Visit his website here.
Check out his YouTube channel here.
Enjoy the weekend!

Tim,
Oh wow, this guy has the chops!
His voice is so real. You can just tell from the video that he loves what he’s doing and he’s a natural. I hope we see more of him, too.
Thanks for picking me up again today. I love coming here to see what musical gems you’ve found for us.
Keep ‘em coming!
P.S. Glad to see your site back up and running!

Sorry for the second comment, but did you see Josh play the guitar over at World’s Strongest Librarian a few weeks ago? He blew my mind! Is it just me, or do you agree is he a freaking great musician??

Hi Lori: Thanks for stopping by…I’m glad you enjoyed the video. I got sucked into watching several of Ryan’s videos. You are right about Josh…I watched Josh’s guitar playing and was incredibly impressed. Fingerpicking is a really tough way to play guitar and he pulled it off like a pro. Did he ever get that song named? In any case, I hope you have a great Halloween!
Hi Tim,
Thank you for the video. It is always so nice to see people who really love what they are doing and it is obvious that this dude loves music. I hope his talent is noticed by the powers that be.
Hope all is awesome!

I know what you mean about watching people enjoy what they do…there is something magnetic about it. The other thing that really struck me is the fact that I really liked his voice. For me this is a little unusual because I am more naturally drawn into the guitar. In any case have a great day!
