I’ve been kicking around the idea of having a “lounge” on this blog for a long time. This lounge would be a place for visitors to watch longer form videos. With graduation season upon us, I wanted to share more commencement addresses, but realize that many visitors to this blog don’t want to spend the time to watch these videos. I love this idea. And, today I have two loved ones graduating (one from high school [the Valedictorian, too!!] and one from college). I will miss her Valedictorian speech today

Hi Lori: Congrats on your loved ones graduating today, I know it has to be a great feeling for you. I still remember my high school graduation, which was much like the rainy graduation speech described by John Grisham in his speech. I don’t remember the speeches at my ceremony, just running to take cover from the tropical downpour and the thunder and lightening.
